Purpose of the Subscription<\/h2>\n<pee>These terms define the conditions under which Canop\u00e9e Studio SRL (\u201cCanop\u00e9e\u201d) provides its creative services within its monthly subscription plans.<\/pee> <pee>Subscriptions allow each client to access continuous and unlimited creative support, including graphic design, visual communication, web design (for websites managed by Canop\u00e9e), and strategic guidance, depending on the selected plan.<\/pee> <pee>The subscription is billed monthly, renews automatically, and operates according to the specific rules of each plan (Unlimited Light or Unlimited Studio+). Delivery times, service types, and operating procedures are defined below.<\/pee>\n<h2>2. Subscription Plans<\/h2>\n<h3>A. Unlimited Light \u2013 \u20ac790 excl. VAT \/ month<\/h3>\n<h3>General Terms<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No long-term commitment, but subject to a <strong>mandatory three (3) full-month notice period<\/strong>, calculated from the first day of the month following the termination request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"note small\"> Example: termination notice sent on November 20 \u2192 December, January, and February remain payable, whether or not the client uses the service during that period. Services remain available throughout the notice period. <\/div>\n<h3>Workflow and Pace<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>One active project at a time,<\/strong> others are queued. Only one project is in production at once (e.g., flyer, banner, post series, product visual, etc.). Once a project is approved, the next one starts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Delivery Time<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Average first delivery: <strong>72 to 96 working hours<\/strong> after receiving the full brief.<\/li>\n<li>This first delivery is an <strong>initial version<\/strong> (version 1) and may not be the final deliverable for larger projects (e.g., a 40-page brochure).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unlimited revisions<\/strong> are included, processed within the same average timeframe (72\u201396 h).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Deliverables and Formats<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Final deliverables: <strong>HD print-ready PDF<\/strong>, <strong>optimized JPG\/PNG<\/strong> for web, or other standard formats as needed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Source files<\/strong> (AI, PSD, Figma, INDD, etc.) are not included; they may be <strong>purchased upon request<\/strong> at a custom rate depending on the project and rights involved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<pee class=\"small\"><strong>About source files:<\/strong> these are editable working documents (e.g., Adobe Illustrator\/Photoshop) allowing modification or reuse of design elements. They are not included in the Light plan.<\/pee>\n<h3>Web<\/h3>\n<pee>Website updates are included only for <strong>websites created and hosted by Canop\u00e9e Studio<\/strong>, limited to content or visual adjustments (custom development excluded).<\/pee>\n<h3>7-Day Free Trial<\/h3>\n<pee>The Unlimited Light plan includes a 7-day free trial offering a <strong>micro-deliverable<\/strong>, such as:<\/pee>\n<ul>\n<li>a simple social media visual,<\/li>\n<li>a flyer or poster,<\/li>\n<li>a logo or branding concept exploration,<\/li>\n<li>a short layout (2\u20135 pages), etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<pee>Trial deliverables are <strong>watermarked<\/strong> and grant <strong>no usage rights<\/strong> unless the paid subscription is confirmed. If the client does not proceed, no payment is due, but no files or rights are provided. Upon conversion, final files are delivered and rights transferred.<\/pee>\n<h3>Unlimited Revisions<\/h3>\n<pee>All requests include <strong>unlimited revisions<\/strong>, processed within the same average timeframe (72\u201396 h). As long as the request concerns the same project, iterations are unrestricted.<\/pee>\n<hr class=\"divider\">\n<h3>B. Unlimited Studio+ \u2013 \u20ac1,400 excl. VAT \/ month<\/h3>\n<h3>General Terms<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No long-term commitment, with a <strong>three-month notice period<\/strong> identical to the Light plan (effective from the first day of the month following notification).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Workflow and Pace<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to <strong>two active projects simultaneously,<\/strong> with additional requests queued. Allows parallel work (e.g., flyer + social media campaign) for a smoother and faster workflow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Delivery Time<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Average first delivery: <strong>48 to 72 working hours<\/strong> after the complete brief.<\/li>\n<li>The first draft may be final (for simple projects) or partial (for larger ones).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unlimited revisions<\/strong>, processed within 24\u201372 hours depending on complexity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Files and Rights<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Source files included<\/strong> (AI, PSD, Figma, INDD, etc.) upon request, at no extra cost, provided the client\u2019s account is in good standing.<\/li>\n<li>Files are shared via a secure link. The client must have their own <strong>software licenses<\/strong> (Adobe, Figma, etc.) to open source files.<\/li>\n<li>Standard exports provided: PDF, JPG, PNG, MP4, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Web<\/h3>\n<pee>Website updates included for websites designed and managed by Canop\u00e9e Studio, excluding complex development (e-commerce, custom code, API).<\/pee>\n<h3>Communication &#038; Priority Access<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct WhatsApp access for questions or urgent matters, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.\u20136 p.m. (CET). Messages sent outside working hours may be answered the next business day.<\/li>\n<li>Video calls via a <strong>personal booking link<\/strong> (for briefs, reviews, or creative sessions), subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Unlimited Revisions<\/h3>\n<pee>Unlimited revisions with no scope restriction, processed within 24\u201372 hours depending on complexity.<\/pee>\n<h2>3. How Unlimited Subscriptions Work<\/h2>\n<pee>Both Unlimited Light and Studio+ plans grant clients the right to submit an <strong>unlimited number of design requests<\/strong>, with a <strong>limited number of active projects<\/strong> (1 or 2 at a time). Requests are queued and processed in order of submission. Clients can track progress and prioritize requests in their dedicated Notion workspace. The services covered are those listed in the offer.<\/pee>\n<h2>4. Deadlines, Scope, and Included\/Excluded Services<\/h2>\n<h3>Deadlines<\/h3>\n<pee>The 48\u201396 hour timeframe applies to the <strong>first version<\/strong> of a deliverable and varies depending on the type and complexity of the project (e.g., brochure, full branding, website).<\/pee>\n<h3>Included<\/h3>\n<h3>Identity &#038;
